Come Worship With Us at Grace Baptist Church!
Visiting a church for the first time can bring plenty of questions. Where should I park? What should I wear? What about my children? Will I know anyone?
At Grace Baptist Church, we want you to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Whether you’ve attended church your entire life, haven’t attended in years, or plan to visit for the very first time, we would love the opportunity to meet you.
Our desire centers on helping people embrace God’s grace, grow as disciples of Jesus Christ, and engage the world with the good news of the gospel.
Here’s what you can expect when you visit Grace.
What time does worship begin, and how long does the service last?
Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 10:30 AM and typically lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes.
During that time, we gather as a church family to sing, pray, read Scripture, and hear God’s Word preached. Everything we do seeks to glorify God, proclaim the gospel, and encourage one another to follow Jesus Christ.
What kind of worship can I expect?
At Grace Baptist Church, the gospel shapes everything we do in worship. Our services blend the rich theology of traditional hymns with modern, Christ-centered songs of praise. But our worship involves much more than music.
Each week, we intentionally walk through the great story of the gospel together. We begin by celebrating God’s holiness and glory, acknowledge our sin and need for His grace, rejoice in the salvation Jesus Christ provides, and respond to His Word as He sends us into the world to live for His glory.
Through Scripture reading, congregational singing, prayer, and biblical preaching, we seek to engage both the heart and mind in worship. Our focus rests not on a particular musical style or emotional experience, but on the truth of God’s Word and the transforming power of the gospel.
At Grace, we don’t simply sing about the gospel. We gather to remember it, rejoice in it, and respond to it together.
What should I wear?
Come as you are!
You’ll find some people wearing suits and sport coats, others wearing jeans, and some wearing shorts. We believe Christ cares far more about the condition of our hearts than the clothes on our backs.
We simply encourage everyone to dress comfortably, modestly, and in a way that reflects their personality without distracting others from worship.
You don’t need a particular outfit to join us. Our prayer centers on something far greater than what we wear: that everyone who walks through our doors will experience the joy of knowing Christ and the warmth of a church family gathered in His name.
Where should I park, and which door should I use?
We’ve numbered our entrances to help you find your way around Grace!
Door 1 provides a great entrance for those attending Sunday School. You’ll find designated guest parking spaces nearby.
Additional guest parking spaces sit near the west side of our sanctuary foyer entrance, providing convenient access to our morning worship service.
Just look for the guest parking signs when you arrive.
We want your first visit to begin with a warm welcome, not the stress of figuring out where to go!

What about my children during worship?
We love children at Grace, and we love seeing families worship together!
Children remain with their parents during the opening portion of our worship service. This gives families an opportunity to sing, pray, and participate in gathered worship together.
When the time comes for the sermon, children have the opportunity to join other children in The Oasis, our children’s worship environment.
In The Oasis, children hear the same Scripture passage as the adults, taught in a way that helps them understand God’s Word at their age and stage of development. Our desire centers on helping children see Jesus throughout Scripture and grow in their understanding of the gospel.
Your Child’s Safety Matters to Us
We recognize the tremendous trust parents place in us when they entrust their children to our care. That’s why every childcare and children’s ministry worker undergoes a background check. The safety and well-being of every child remain essential to our ministry and the life of our church. We take seriously our responsibility to provide a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn and grow.
Of course, parents who prefer to keep their children with them throughout the entire service may do so. We welcome children in worship!
Will someone greet me when I arrive?
Absolutely!
Our greeters look forward to welcoming you, helping you find your way, and answering any questions you might have.
We understand that visiting a new church can feel a little intimidating. You may not know where to go, where to sit, or what to expect. That’s why we want to make your visit as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
Before you leave, stop by our Welcome Table after the worship service!
Pastor Travis would love to meet you personally, thank you for visiting, and give you a free gift as a small expression of our appreciation.
No pressure. No expectations. Just an opportunity to say hello and get acquainted.
We Can’t Wait to Meet You!
At Grace Baptist Church, we don’t claim to have everything figured out. We’re a family of imperfect people who need the grace of a perfect Savior.
We gather because Jesus Christ has changed our lives, and we want others to know the hope, forgiveness, and new life found in Him.
Whether you come alone, with a friend, or with your entire family, we invite you to join us this Sunday.
